Occupational Therapist
Under general supervision of the Sr. Manager Business Operations (or similar role) and following established policies, procedures, and guidelines, assumes the responsibility for providing data analytics to drive business operations decision making. Develops and performs analytical and planning functions in support of business operations decision making while proactively identifying areas of opportunity for risk mitigation and revenue maximization. Supports or assumes leadership of assigned projects throughout the department as assigned by management. This role is responsible for data analytics and additional support of performance measures, ongoing measurement, data collection, reporting, data visualizations and information dissemination. Responsible for understanding the process and working with teams to identify opportunities for improvement of operations. Support Leadership to include C Suite, VP, Directors, Department Administrators and Ancillary Department Leaders in developing annual budget by identifying trends based on actual and future changes and/or acquisitions. These duties are accomplished in conjunction with the appropriate stakeholders to include representation from appropriate hospital departments, medical staff, Information Systems, Finance, and vendors as needed. Responsible for performing job duties in accordance with the mission, vision, and values of Tampa General Hospital.

Bachelor's Healthcare or Business-Related Field
Two to three years of relevant experience.
Technical Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
Demonstrates knowledge of analytical techniques and use of Financial Systems necessary to perform job function.
Demonstrates knowledge of excel and data analytics.
Demonstrates ability to analyze and document current workflow, patient requirements, and report requests.
Demonstrates ability to lead the project process and assist department in identifying improvements to patient flow and team member workflow.
Demonstrates knowledge and abilities to work with department leadership to plan, design, develop, implement, and evaluate assigned projects.
Demonstrates ability to manage POs and invoicing across the programs as assigned by Manager • Demonstrates knowledge of financial statements.
Demonstrates knowledge in performing routine and complex special assignments, as assigned by the Manager. • Demonstrates current knowledge and level of expertise required to perform the administrative duties of the designated department(s).
Knowledge of patient/customer privacy and safety and demonstrates the ability to maintain confidentiality in accordance with TGH standards.
Necessary skills: Microsoft Excel, Word, and Access. Strong analytical, problem solving, and communication skills. Ability to work independently and bring projects to conclusion .
