Case Manager Supervisor- New Program Opening! 📍Norristown, PA
The Case Manager Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the daily operations and quality of case management services within the program. This position provides supervision, coaching, training, and professional development to Case Managers and other assigned staff while ensuring compliance with all program, funding source, and regulatory requirements.
The Case Manager Supervisor serves as a leader within the program, supporting staff performance, coordinating complex client cases, facilitating service planning, and providing direct case management services as needed. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Staff Leadership & Supervision Provide direct supervision, coaching, mentoring, and performance management to Case Managers and assigned staff.

Conduct regular supervision meetings, performance evaluations, and professional development planning.

Collaborate with the Program Director to address performance concerns through coaching, corrective action, and ongoing support.

Foster a positive, collaborative, and accountable team environment.

Support recruitment, onboarding, and retention efforts as needed.

Case Management Oversight Ensure high-quality case management services are delivered in accordance with program standards and best practices.

Review and monitor case documentation for accuracy, timeliness, and compliance.

Coordinate and support staff in managing complex or high-risk cases.

Facilitate client progress reviews and interdisciplinary team meetings.

Provide direct case management services during staffing shortages or as program needs require.

Assist clients in accessing housing, healthcare, behavioral health services, benefits, employment supports, and other community resources.

Compliance & Documentation Maintain working knowledge of all applicable funding source, state, federal, and agency regulations.

Monitor documentation and case records to ensure compliance with program standards.

Complete data entry of case notes, housing updates, service plans, and related documentation within required timeframes.

Assist with audits, quality assurance activities, and corrective action plans.

Coordinate data collection and reporting for monthly, quarterly, and annual program reports.

Program Operations Support implementation of program goals, policies, and procedures.

Collaborate with internal departments and external partners to ensure continuity of care and service delivery.

Participate in program meetings, trainings, and community partnerships.

Assist with crisis intervention and problem resolution as needed.

Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications Education & Experience Bachelor's Degree in Human Services, Social Work, Psychology, Sociology, or a related field required.

Master's Degree preferred.

Minimum of three (3) years of case management experience required.

Three (3) to five (5) years of supervisory or leadership experience preferred.

Experience working with individuals experiencing homelessness, behavioral health challenges, substance use disorders, or other vulnerable populations preferred.

Valid non-provisional driver's license required.

Access to a reliable personal vehicle with state minimum liability insurance coverage required.

Proficiency with electronic health records, databases, Microsoft Office, email, and other computer systems.

Physical Requirements Ability to sit, stand, walk, bend, reach, and lift up to 50 pounds.

Ability to travel between program locations and community sites.

Ability to operate a computer, telephone, copier, and other standard office equipment.

Ability to safely drive a motor vehicle.

Working Conditions Office-based and community-based work environment.

Frequent interaction with clients, staff, service providers, and community partners.

May require local travel to meetings, appointments, housing sites, and community resources.

Participation in required trainings, meetings, and agency activities.
