We’re looking for a high-energy, detail-oriented, and passionate Client Delivery
Manager to join our growing Client Delivery Team, playing a key role in
supporting clients by gathering client reporting and technical requirements. As
a Client Delivery Manger, you’ll lead high-impact client projects, ensuring
exceptional outcomes and client satisfaction. You’ll serve as the central point
of coordination—managing timelines, aligning stakeholders, and delivering with
excellence. This is a highly visible role, offering the opportunity to work
cross-functionally with internal technical teams and shape the way Maven brings
new clients onboard and continues to serve post launch.


WHAT YOU’LL DO:

* Lead requirements sessions to define data mapping, transformation rules, and
client delivery expectations for file-based integrations with clients and
external partners.
* Collaborate across multiple teams to gather and define business and technical
requirements, ensuring seamless execution of new enhancements, custom
reporting, and feature requests.
* Other responsibilities such as managing and troubleshooting test accounts,
SFTP file transfers, and delivery schedules with internal and external
partners.
* Partnering with product, engineering, and operations teams to deliver
scalable, efficient solutions and operational enhancements that align with
evolving business goals and client-specific needs.
* Applying strong problem-solving skills to identify root causes, evaluate
right-fit solutions, and resolve complex technical and operational issues
efficiently.
* Maintaining templates, documentation, and best practices to support
implementation consistency and team enablement.


WHAT YOU BRING:

* 3-5 years of experience in Integrations, operations, project management, or a
related field
* Knowledge of the healthcare ecosystem, particularly health plans and digital
health platforms
* Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills—comfortable interfacing
with both internal stakeholders and external clients
* Strong organizational and requirements gathering capabilities, with a sharp
attention to detail
* Analytical mindset with experience leveraging data to drive decisions and
improvements
* A proactive, entrepreneurial spirit—you’re comfortable with ambiguity and
energized by problem-solving
* Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience


BONUS IF YOU HAVE:

* Familiarity with SQL, SFTP, SSO, and APIs.
* Experience working in a high-growth or startup environment

For candidates in NYC, CO, or CA, the base salary range for this role is
$123,000 - $135,000 per year. You will also be entitled to receive stock options
and benefits. Individual pay decisions are based on a number of factors,
including qualifications for the role, experience level, and skillset.
