Texas Rehabilitation Hospital of Arlington is a 40-bed inpatient acute rehabilitation facility located at 900 W. Arbrook Blvd. in Arlington, TX. It's designed to help individuals recover from serious injuries or illnesses that have significantly impacted their ability to function independently.

  • Specialized Rehabilitation Programs: Tailored care for patients recovering from stroke, brain injury, spinal cord injury, amputation, orthopedic trauma, and other neurological or complex conditions.
  • Intensive Therapy Model: Patients receive at least three hours of physical, occupational, and/or speech therapy per day, five days a week, under the supervision of a rehabilitation physician.
  • State-of-the-Art Facility: Offers modern therapy equipment and private rooms to support a comfortable and focused recovery environment.

 

How you'll contribute 

Clinical Liaison who excels in this role:

  • Builds and maintains referral relationships to drive appropriate admissions to the hospital
  • Assist and coordinate intake and pre-admission screening process
  • Perform on-site (typically in referring facility) clinical judgment to determine appropriateness of patient for admission
  • Communicates to patients and family's rehabilitation and facility options. Communicates to patients determined appropriate for admission the patient's expectations and requirements for participation
  • Secures information relating to patients' resources and benefits
  • Functions as initial contact for external case management and discharge planner personnel with payors and hospital facilities

What we're looking for 

Applicants should have Clinical Licensure as an RN, LVN, PT, PTA, OT, COTA, SLP, RRT or MSW with a bachelor’s degree preferred. Additional requirements include:

  • Previous marketing/sales experience preferred
  • Previous clinical experience preferred, with demonstrated skills in clinical assessment and EMR systems
  • Formal Sales Training preferred
  • Valid driver's license
