How you’ll contribute
As a Senior Clinical Liaison, you will play a vital role in facilitating the patient intake and admission process by performing on-site clinical evaluations to determine the appropriateness of patients for rehabilitation. Serving as the primary point of contact for referring facilities, patients, and families, you will effectively communicate treatment options, admission requirements, and patient expectations. You will also gather key information related to patient benefits and resources while building and maintaining relationships with external case managers, discharge planners, and payors. This role requires clinical licensure, strong assessment skills, and the ability to navigate electronic medical records. A background in sales, marketing, or formal sales training is preferred, for success of role.
What we're looking for
Applicants MUST have a current state clinical licensure (e.g., RN, RT, PT, OT or SLP)
