The Guest Services position has the responsibility to assist and/or direct patients/visitors entering the facility and to provide information to walk-up visitors/patients in a courteous and professional manner. Direct incoming calls from the switchboard and patient information lines in a courteous and professional manner. Monitor alarms and emergency telephones in the switchboard and communicate necessary information quickly. Receive and process work orders in a timely and professional manner. Provide information to walk-up visitors and patients in a courteous and professional manner.

Answer switchboard and information desk telephones in a professional and courteous manner and accurately connecting the caller with either the extension or information they need.Β

Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent
One year customer service experience
Comfortable using common computer applications
