* Patient Onboarding & Engagement
* * Participate in the design and deployment of member engagement campaigns,
and ensure execution, monitoring and measurement of campaign effectiveness
and outcomes.
* Ensure patients are successfully onboarded into Karoo programs, including
initial outreach, scheduling, and hand-offs to the care team.
* Track onboarding progress and follow up on incomplete steps to avoid gaps
in care.
* Daily Market Operations
* * Manage scheduling, task lists, and operational workflows to keep the market
running efficiently.
* Identify and resolve day-to-day issues quickly, escalating when needed.
* Performance Tracking
* * Monitor team activity, including outreach volumes, scheduling turnaround,
and patient onboarding success.
* Share updates with leadership and suggest process improvements when gaps
are identified.
* Coordination Across Teams

preferred.
* Familiarity with patient onboarding, scheduling, or care coordination
workflows.
* Organized and detail-oriented with the ability to juggle multiple priorities.
