A Brief Overview This role is responsible for the advanced coordination, administration, and operational functions of program(s). What you will do
Oversee advanced program operations and develop policies, planning, and priorities.
Assign resources and infrastructure for program objectives and monitor progress.
Oversee, coordinate and communicate program processes and goals.
Support initiatives to promote program growth, improvement and sustainability.
Ensure compliance, professional standards and regulatory requirements.
Oversee program operating budgets and support related finance / billing functions.
Develop, facilitate and lead improvement of program metrics, tools and reports.
Assist in development and execution of program outreach, education and advocacy.
Facilitate and lead committees, meetings, activities and presentations/events.
Represent the program with internal and external stakeholders including serving as the primary point of contact for program sponsors.
Support the recruitment and training of Program staff; help identify Program staffing needs
Support the development of key Program indicators and monitor progress towards them
Education Qualifications
High School Diploma / GED - Required
Bachelor's Degree - Preferred
Master's Degree in business, healthcare administration, or a healthcare related field - Preferred
Experience Qualifications
At least three (3) years of program management experience - Required and
Previous experience in a healthcare, research or academic related environment - Required
At least five (5) years of program management experience - Preferred
Skills and Abilities
Advanced proficiency with office software (Microsoft Office) including word processing, spreadsheet, and presentation software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Advanced knowledge of process improvement tools and methodologies
Intermediate knowledge of data and database management tools and principles
Intermediate knowledge of data analysis tools and practices
Intermediate knowledge of accounting, billing and finance principles

SALARY RANGE:
$81,670.00 - $104,130.00 Annually
Salary ranges are shown for full-time jobs. If you're working part-time, your pay will be adjusted accordingly.
