Morrow Management is a dry utility consulting firm that supports residential and commercial development projects throughout Southern California. We work closely with developers, engineers, utility providers, and municipalities to coordinate utility infrastructure from project due diligence through construction and final meter installation.
Our team helps ensure that critical utility services are designed, approved, and delivered efficiently so development projects can move forward on schedule.

About the Role
Project Coordinators play a key role in supporting Project Managers and helping keep projects organized, moving forward, and on schedule. This is a fast-paced, relationship-driven position that involves regular communication with clients, utility agencies, municipalities, and internal teams.
Projects range from single-family residential developments to large commercial and multi-family projects throughout Southern California.
No prior utility experience is required. We will train the right candidate on industry knowledge and processes. Success in this role comes from being organized, proactive, detail-oriented, and eager to learn.
Key Responsibilities
Support Project Managers throughout all phases of a project
Prepare project schedules, meeting agendas, and meeting minutes
Coordinate and track submittals, approvals, permits, and utility requirements
Communicate with utility companies, developers, engineers, and municipalities
Review plans and project documents for accuracy and compliance
Track project milestones and provide status updates
Maintain positive client relationships through clear and professional communication
Assist with project documentation, reporting, and administrative support

Alternative work schedule:
Monday–Thursday: 7:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Friday: 8:00 AM – 12:00 PM
Occasional travel to meetings or project sites may be required
