Prepare and present robust data analysis for leadership, going beyond basic reporting to provide strategic insights into accrual monitoring and discrepancy investigation.
Lead the investigation and resolution of complex rebate disputes and exceptions with a high degree of autonomy, ensuring timely and effective communication with internal and external stakeholders (including the Sales team).
Oversee the integrity of the rebate portfolio, including preparing and analyzing account reconciliations, monitoring accruals, and supporting the month-end close process.
Conduct quarterly reviews and annual audits of key controls, ensuring integrity and compliance.
Coordinate, oversee, and act as a subject matter expert/mentor for other Analysts, and provide backup support in the Supervisor/Manager’s absence.
