Role Overview:
We are seeking a Vice President of Clinical Documentation Product to lead the design and roadmapping of cutting-edge clinical documentation, and AI-driven technologies for healthcare enterprises. This role is central to our mission of simplifying workflows, reducing clinician burden, improving operational efficiency, and improving patient experiences through the best combination of technology-lead, human-in-the-loop products and services.
Key Responsibilities:
Champion Innovation: Drive technology that enhances patient-clinical interactions while ensuring an intuitive, human-centered experience.
Cross-Functional Leadership: Lead cross-functional teams to ensure the successful delivery of product initiatives.
Strategic Roadmap Development: Develop and align the product roadmap with the company's strategic goals.
Marketing Plan: Work collaboratively with the marketing team to create a comprehensive calendar and plan of events.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with engineering, clinical, and design teams to ensure seamless feature development and delivery.
Integrate AI Seamlessly into Care: Ensure products are clinically relevant, compliant with HIPAA, and designed for seamless integration into EHRs and clinician workflows.
Market Analysis & Competitive Strategy: Conduct industry research to identify emerging trends, technologies, and opportunities in the Healthtech sector, and develop go-to-market strategies for clinical documentation workflows.
Product Lifecycle Management: Drive innovation from ideation to implementation, ensuring continuous improvements based on user feedback.

Knowledge, Skills & Technical Know How:
Healthtech Expertise: Demonstrated experience in Healthtech or related industries.
10+ years of leadership experience with a deep understanding, clinical documentation workflows, and healthcare product management. Expertise in healthcare interoperability.
Product Management: Proven track record in product management, including feature development, prioritization, and release planning.
Compliance: Strong understanding of HIPAA compliance, clinical workflows, and digital health solutions.
Market Analysis: Advanced knowledge of market research methodologies to identify customer needs, market trends, and competitive insights.
Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including engineers, clinicians, and designers, to deliver successful features.
Technical Aptitude: Strong technical background with the ability to understand complex healthcare IT systems.
Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strategic Vision: Develop a clear and forward-thinking vision for product features that aligns with the company's mission and customer needs.
Budget Management: Proven ability to manage budgets and investments related to healthcare IT products.
Leadership: Strong leadership skills with experience guiding, motivating and inspiring a team.
Global: Experience working in a global organization preferred

Strategic Roadmap Development: Develop and align the product roadmap with the company's strategic goals.
Budget and Investment Management: Oversee the budget and investment strategy for the Ambient Speech and Clinical Documentation product segment.
Cross-Functional Leadership: Lead cross-functional teams to ensure the successful delivery of product initiatives.
Feature Development: Lead the end-to-end feature development process, from ideation and requirements gathering to delivery and evaluation.
Market Analysis: Conduct comprehensive market research to identify emerging trends, technologies, and opportunities in the US Healthtech sector.
Prioritization: Collaborate with stakeholders to prioritize feature development based on business goals, healthcare industry needs, and client feedback.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with engineering, clinical, and design teams to ensure seamless feature development and delivery.
Project Management: Utilize project management tools and methodologies to track feature progress and ensure on-time delivery.
Communication: Clearly communicate feature updates and progress to internal teams and stakeholders.
Quality Assurance: Ensure features meet the highest quality standards and align with client expectations.
Analytics: Continuously monitor and measure the performance of developed features, gathering insights for continuous improvement.
Strategic Vision: Provide strategic direction for feature development that aligns with the company's vision of transforming US Healthtech.
Budget Management: Manage budgets and resources for product development.
Required Qualifications:
Education:
Master’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Healthcare Management, or a related field.
Experience:
Minimum of 10 years of experience in product management, with a strong record of driving feature development in Healthtech.
Certifications: Relevant certifications in product management or Healthtech are desirable.
Compensation and Benefits: The Salary range for this position is $175,000 - $225,000 per year. Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to current market conditions, location, education, work experience, certifications, etc. IKS Health offers a competitive benefits package including healthcare, 401k, and paid time off (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements for full-time employees).
