As an Administrative Program Coordinator, you will serve as a key liaison and provide administrative, technical and operational support for multiple departments, overseeing coordination for hospital service lines, including Hospital Medicine, Emergency Medicine, Infectious Disease and Critical Care. In this role, you will assist the Director with daily operations and project execution, coordinate policy evaluation and implementation and identify opportunities to enhance operational efficiency. On this team, you have access to various growth opportunities within Cleveland Clinic. A caregiver in this role works days from 6:30 a.m. – 3:00 p.m. A caregiver who excels in this role will: With guidance from Director, lead or coordinate multiple projects and policy initiatives. Update, monitor and manage databases. Develop scorecards and milestones to track progress. Analyze project improvement and progress. Report discrepancies and variances. Coordinate project prioritization and assist with policy and initiative implementation. Assist with scheduling, coordination, preparation and communication of meetings. Attend meetings and record key outcomes. Support all office administrative functions. Develop and maintain updates.
