Social Worker
The Case Manager plays a critical role in guiding clients through the pre-litigation process. This position is responsible for managing an assigned caseload from intake through settlement preparation, ensuring consistent client communication, accurate documentation, and timely case progression.
The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, proactive, and comfortable managing multiple deadlines while delivering exceptional client service.
Key Responsibilities Manage a high-volume caseload of personal injury matters from intake through pre-litigation resolution

Serve as primary point of contact for clients, providing regular case updates and responding to inquiries

Order, review, and summarize medical records and bills

Communicate with medical providers regarding treatment status and outstanding balances

Coordinate property damage claims and insurance communications

Prepare demand packages and supporting documentation for attorney review

Track treatment progress and ensure all necessary documentation is collected

Maintain accurate case notes in SmartAdvocate and ensure file compliance

Assist attorneys with case strategy support and settlement preparation

Monitor deadlines and ensure timely follow-up on outstanding items

Collaborate cross-functionally with attorneys, paralegals, and support staff

Preferred Qualifications 2–5 years of experience in personal injury case management preferred

Strong knowledge of medical terminology and insurance processes

Experience working in SmartAdvocate or similar case management system preferred

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Strong organizational and time-management skills

Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment

Bilingual (Spanish/English) a plus

Compensation & Benefits Base salary range: $55,000 – $75,000 annually , commensurate with experience. Final offers are subject to candidate qualifications, experience, and internal equity considerations.
