Case Manager II: $43,305.60 Annually
Case Manager III: $46,009.60 Annually

Essential duties and responsibilities:
Staff will maintain ethical and professional communications at all times using respectful Trauma-Informed Care language
Serves as a Skills Trainer Specialist providing direct care support and coordination, working with youth and families experiencing or who are at-risk of experiencing a crisis episode
will provide services in an individual and group setting
Will be responsible for organizing culturally competent care activities and collaborating among all participants involved with the youth's care
The primary role is to provide evidenced-based practices for families and youth who are at-risk or are experiencing a crisis episode that interferes with functioning in home, school, community, or daycare environments
This position will be knowledgeable about community resources, services, and support for families
Additional duties can include providing skills training using evidenced-based curriculums, assessment & treatment planning, working within the team to ensure appropriate services are scheduled and delivered, engaging family by providing outreach and education, care coordination activities, and taking a family & person-centered approach to help identify strategies and objectives
Will provide services via phone & face-to-face in both home and community-based settings in Amarillo and regional areas of the Texas Panhandle
This position will spend at least half of his/her working time directly working with the youth, family, and/or family supports
Adheres to TPC Business Code of Conduct and reports concerns if ethical and/or business standards defined in the code are compromised
Required qualifications to be successful in the job:
Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university with a major in psychology, sociology, social work, counseling, or other related human services field for QMHP credentialing
For Case Manager II, minimum one (1) year of experience in behavioral health case management
For Case Manager III, minimum two (2) years of experience in behavioral health case management
Graduate work in a related field may be substituted for up to one (1) year of experience

Must have a valid Texas driver’s license and be insurable under agency vehicle policy
Must be 18 years of age or older
Preferred qualifications to be successful in the job:
