The MICA Case Manager, plays a crucial role in supporting individuals as they navigate available services, helping them access life-changing resources and empowering them on their journey toward wellness and stability.

In this role you will:
Assist residents with all paperwork relating to benefits and attend any re-certifications that are scheduled.
Assist residents with discharge planning and with continuation of care after discharge from the MICA program
Teach resident healthy independent living skills
Act as an effective role model for the residents
Provide supportive, psych-rehab goal oriented counseling when needed, with a focus on assessing and developing psych readiness.
Familiarize residents with community resources for financial, medical, employment, educational, and recreational needs

Position Details:
Case Manager MICA - Salary: $ 18.50 / Hour
Schedule: Schedule: Monday – Friday 8:00AM – 4:00PM
Qualifications:
Education: High School Diploma or GED

Experience: 1–3 years’ experience with relevant experience in Human Services or a related field

Skills: Microsoft Office Email

Using databases
Ability to maintain strict confidentiality

Other requirements: Valid Driver's License
Proof of current car insurance and registration and access to a reliable, working vehicle
