Located on a peaceful, expansive wooded campus, the center operates a residential rehabilitation model that combines 24-hour clinical support with intensive, individualized therapy programming.
The facility serves adults recovering from traumatic brain injury, stroke, spinal cord injury, post-ICU complications, and other neurological events. Through a multidisciplinary approach, patients receive physical, occupational, speech, and cognitive therapies, along with behavioral health support, vocational rehabilitation, and life-skills training focused on restoring independence and community reintegration.
Nexus Neurorecovery Center β Conroe functions as a critical bridge between acute hospitalization and long-term recovery, delivering evidence-based care in a structured yet supportive environment designed to achieve meaningful patient outcomes.
The Clinical Liaison serves as the primary clinical and referral development representative for the facility, responsible for building hospital relationships, completing clinical assessments, and driving appropriate adult admissions.
This role acts as the central connection between acute care hospitals, physicians, case managers, families, and the neurorecovery team to ensure smooth transitions of care and proper patient placement.
Develop and maintain referral relationships with hospitals, ICUs, case managers, social workers, and physicians
Conduct clinical reviews and screenings for admission appropriateness
Coordinate admissions and care transitions
Execute territory and census growth strategies
Track referral activity and market trends
Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations
clinically trained healthcare professional preferred
Experience in neurorehabilitation, acute care, rehab, LTACH, ICU, or case management
Strong knowledge of discharge planning and post-acute continuum
Clinical liaison or healthcare sales experience preferred
