The Clinical Practice Manager will lead the daily operations of our clinic and foster a high-performing, patient-centered environment. What You'll DO
Lead Clinic Operations
Oversee all day-to-day clinic operations to ensure efficient workflows, exceptional patient experiences, and high-quality care
Monitor key performance indicators, operational metrics, patient satisfaction, and quality outcomes to drive continuous improvement
Utilize daily management systems and performance tools to identify opportunities, solve challenges, and achieve established goals
Build and Develop Teams
Recruit, onboard, coach, and develop talented teammates while fostering a positive and collaborative workplace culture
Provide ongoing feedback, mentorship, and performance management to support professional growth and accountability
Create staffing plans that ensure appropriate coverage and support both routine and specialized patient care needs
Drive a Patient-Centered Culture
Partner with providers and staff to ensure seamless patient flow and an exceptional care experience
Promote a culture of service excellence, compassion and accountability that places patients at the center of every decision
Address challenges proactively and lead effective problem-solving efforts involving patients, providers and teammates
Ensure Compliance and Quality
Maintain compliance with all organizational policies, as well as applicable state and federal regulations
Lead and participate in quality improvement initiatives focused on clinical excellence, patients safety and operational effectiveness
Investigate and resolve clinical quality concerns while supporting best practices across the clinic
Foster Collaboration and Communication
Serve as a trusted resource and leader for teammates, providers, and organizational partners
Facilitate regular team meetings, communicate organizational priorities, and celebrate successes
Build strong cross-functional relationships that support clinic performance and employee engagement
Contribute to Organizational Success
Manage clinic budgets and resources to support financial performance and sustainable growth
Drive improvements in patient satisfaction, employee engagement, and operational outcomes
Champion initiatives that advance clinical quality, regulatory compliance, and organizational objectives
Perform other leadership responsibilities as assigned

Required Qualifications:
2+ years of leadership experience (clinical supervisor and above) with direct reports in a clinical setting
Intermediate level of experience with Microsoft Suite
Preferred Qualification:
Experience in Ophthalmology
Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. In addition to your salary, we offer benefits such as, a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). No matter where or when you begin a career with us, you’ll find a far-reaching choice of benefits and incentives. The salary for this role will range from $72,800 - $130,000 annually based on full-time employment. We comply with all minimum wage laws as applicable.
