Emplify Health by Gundersen is seeking a dedicated Clinical Research Coordinator (CRC) to join our dynamic and mission-driven team! In this role, you’ll support innovative research that advances patient care and contributes to the goals of the Gundersen Medical Foundation.
About the Role The Clinical Research Coordinator provides comprehensive coordination and support for clinical research activities. You’ll work closely with principal investigators, patients, and Gundersen Health System staff to ensure studies are conducted safely, ethically, and efficiently.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is highly detail-oriented, collaborative, and passionate about contributing to meaningful medical research that directly impacts patient outcomes.

What You’ll Do Coordinate and support clinical research studies from initiation through completion
Partner with principal investigators and interdisciplinary teams
Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and study protocols
Recruit, screen, and support research participants
Maintain accurate documentation and study records
Facilitate communication between stakeholders to keep studies running smoothly

What’s Available Schedule: Full-time, 40 hours per week
Hours: Monday–Friday (no weekends or holidays!)
Location: La Crosse, Wisconsin
Compensation: Starting at $25.38/hour+, based on experience

What You’ll Need Bachelor’s degree in a science-related field
OR
Associate degree plus 4 years of healthcare experience (preferably including 2 years in clinical research)
Minimum of 2 years of experience in a healthcare setting
Experience working in Epic (EHR) and data extraction preferred
Valid driver’s license
