As a Compliance Specialist, you help safeguard the integrity of programs that support children and working families. Your work ensures that ChildCare Assistance services meet funding, regulatory, and quality standards — protecting resources, strengthening accountability, and supporting staff success.

WHAT YOU’LL DO
* Monitor Child Care Assistance records to ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulatory requirements.
* Track, analyze, and trend error data to support quality improvement and targeted training.
* Prepare and share monitoring reports with leadership to support transparency and accountability.
* Provide guidance and feedback to staff in a supportive, growth‑focused manner.
* Collaborate with the Compliance team to strengthen processes and promote best practices.
WHAT YOU BRING
* Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience supporting compliance, monitoring, or quality assurance.
* Experience with compliance‑driven programs, audits, or documentation review; child care or workforce programs preferred.
* Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and identify trends.
* Clear, professional written and verbal communication skills.
* High attention to detail, discretion, and a commitment to integrity and CCG’s mission and values.
