Position Details
The Data Coordinator supports the Prevention and Advocacy Division by coordinating data management, quality improvement, performance measurement, and program evaluation activities. This position collects, analyzes, and reports program data to support informed decision-making, regulatory compliance, and continuous quality improvement.
The Data Coordinator maintains accurate, secure, and timely program data; coordinates the division's Continuous Quality Improvement (CQI) Plan in alignment with Arbor Circle's Performance Improvement (PI) Plan; and partners with leadership to monitor performance, identify trends, and improve program outcomes.
The position develops reports, dashboards, and other performance measurement tools, supports audits and regulatory reporting, monitors data quality and documentation, and collaborates with agency teams to strengthen data collection, reporting processes, and organizational performance.
The Data Coordinator works closely with internal and external stakeholders, represents the division on committees and workgroups as assigned, and completes all required trainings while adhering to Arbor Circle's policies, emergency management procedures, and data security standards.

Position Requirements and Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Analytics, Business, Information Systems, Public Health, or a related field required. A master's degree in Epidemiology, Biostatistics, Public Health, Data Analytics, or a related field is preferred.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Power BI, SQL, Microsoft Office, and other data analysis and reporting tools.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
Ability to collect, analyze, interpret, and present data through reports, dashboards, and data summaries for technical and non-technical audiences.
Experience with data collection, program evaluation, Continuous Quality Improvement (CQI), performance improvement, or organizational reporting preferred.
Knowledge of youth mental health, substance use prevention, adolescent development, or behavioral health programs preferred.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams and with external stakeholders.
Ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and work both independently and collaboratively.
Demonstrated ability to maintain confidentiality, exercise sound judgment, and uphold ethical standards.
