Dental Treatment Coordinator/Clinical Liaison

Doylestown Cosmetic Dental Center is seeking a Cross-Trained Treatment Coordinator to serve as the bridge between our clinical and administrative teams. This unique hybrid role is ideal for someone who understands dentistry from both perspectives and enjoys helping patients move confidently through their treatment journey.

This position is primarily administrative, with a strong focus on hygiene recall, unscheduled treatment follow-up, treatment presentation, patient education, and schedule optimization. You will become the go-to person responsible for helping keep the schedule productive, treatment scheduled, and patients engaged in their oral health.

About this role:

• Present treatment plans and educate patients on recommended care
• Discuss insurance benefits, financing options, and payment solutions
• Follow up on unscheduled treatment and help improve treatment acceptance
• Manage hygiene recall and patient reactivation efforts
• Help maintain a productive and efficient schedule
• Coordinate communication between the doctors, hygiene team, assistants, and front office
• Create and implement systems and workflows that improve the patient experience and office efficiency
• Build strong relationships with patients both in person and over the phone
• Serve as the primary liaison between the front and back office to ensure seamless patient transitions

Requirements:

• Dental experience required
• Active X-Ray Certification required
• Experience as a Treatment Coordinator, Dental Assistant, Hygiene Assistant, or similar cross-trained role preferred
• Strong understanding of restorative, implant, denture, endodontic, and comprehensive treatment planning
• Ability to confidently educate patients on treatment recommendations, insurance benefits, and financing options
• Excellent communication, organization, and relationship-building skills
• A self-starter who enjoys creating processes, solving problems, and taking ownership
• Positive attitude, growth mindset, and passion for dentistry
