Freight and Rebate Analyst

Position Summary:
Manages vendor rebate programs and audits freight spend for financial accuracy and operational efficiency. Partners with Finance, Purchasing, Sales, and Operations to support negotiations, rebate recovery, and transportation cost optimization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Freight Auditing & Analysis: 
  • Audit freight invoices for accuracy and compliance
  • Resolve billing discrepancies and overcharges
  • Analyze transportation cost trends; prepare reports and KPIs
  • Support forecasting, budgeting, and carrier selection
• Rebate Management: 
  • Administer vendor rebate claims and ensure timely collection
  • Maintain rebate data in Enable; report to leadership
  • Support contract negotiations and prepare accruals
  • Reconcile vendor payments

Qualifications:

• Experience in Business, Finance, Supply Chain, or related field preferred
• 3+ years in rebates, freight auditing, or logistics analysis
• Advanced Excel skills; experience with Enable, Power BI, or Tableau preferred
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills
