In this fully remote role, you’ll oversee the day-to-day operations of the program, supervise a talented team of licensed therapists, and collaborate with school personnel and internal leadership to ensure students receive the support they need to thrive.  Schedule: You may choose between a traditional school-year schedule, which includes summer breaks, or a full-time, year-round schedule based on your preference.

What You’ll Do

  • Lead and manage the school-based therapy program to ensure high-quality services, compliance, and smooth operations.
  • Supervise and mentor licensed therapists and provisionally licensed clinicians working toward independent licensure.
  • Collaborate with the Clinical Director for clinical supervision and the quality and compliance team to uphold quality and regulatory standards.
  • Build strong, collaborative relationships with Principals, Superintendents, Guidance Counselors, and other school personnel.
  • Monitor program productivity, utilization, and outcomes to ensure ongoing success.
  • Recruit, hire, train, evaluate, and develop staff while fostering a culture of growth and excellence.
  • Ensure all documentation, treatment plans, and evaluations meet agency and regulatory standards.

Requirements

What You Bring

  • Bachelor’s degree required; degree in a human services field preferred.
  • At least three years of management or supervisory experience.
  • At least two years of experience working in mental health, behavioral health, or other human/social services organizations.
  • Experience with electronic medical records (EMR) systems is required, along with strong computer and technical skills.
  • Experience working in a remote position is preferred, as well as experience managing or collaborating with teams in multiple locations.
  • Knowledge of Medicaid regulations, CMHC accreditation standards, and state regulations preferred.
  • Experience collaborating with external stakeholders to strengthen internal programming.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation for occasional site visits as needed.
