Responsible for promoting Mayo Clinic's core values and supporting community
based health care and integrated delivery systems through the sales and services
of (MCL). In alignment with the MCL sales process, has overall National Account
responsibility for generating new business revenue, establishing long-term
business relationships, developing and leading specific account strategies,
managing all aspects of new sale activities, account retention and growth,
collaborates and coordinates with internal MCL departments to meet strategic
goals and client expectations. Communicates the value of the laboratory to
health system executive leadership. Develops health system relationships by
leading MCL teams to meet customer and MCL strategic initiatives. Works within
complex, highly matrixed organizations and focuses on building strong and
mutually beneficial relationships with MCLβs most important customers and
partners.
