The Operations Manager will manage the overall efficiency and operational flow of clinical operations across various sites within the Department of Rehab: This includes shaping the department’s operational vision, streamlining daily workflows, and introducing benchmark driven improvements. The Operations Manager will oversee consistent workflows, proper staffing, and timely issue resolution. This role requires flexible on‑site and remote coverage, developing training modules, partnering on program initiatives, and supporting the executive teams vision for growth.

Qualifications:

HS Diploma/ GED Required
Bachelor's Degree Preferred
Five years Work Experience Required
Must be comfortable working in Epic and all Microsoft programs including Excel, PPT, Word and Visio
Must be willing to learn new programs as needed by the Department
Must have strong oral and written communication skills
Must be able to clearly explain concepts or ideas to audiences with diverse educational and professional backgrounds, including 1199 and NYSNA staff, managers, departmental leaders, and physicians
