Compensation Range
The base pay scale for this position is $73,500.00 - $112,250.00. In addition,
this position will be eligible for additional benefits consistent with the role.
The salary of the finalist selected for this role will be determined based on
various factors, including but not limited to: scope of role, level of
experience, education, accomplishments, internal equity, budget, and subject to
Fair Market Value evaluation. The hiring range listed is a good faith
determination of potential compensation at the time of this job advertisement
and may be modified in the future.
WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING
Key Responsibilities
Program Design & Delivery
* Design, implement, and continuously refine a portfolio of virtual and
in-person community education programs, including workshops, webinars, and
exercise/movement-based offerings, applying evidence-based health education
principles to advance musculoskeletal health, prevention, and wellness.
* Own end-to-end program operations, including registration, participant
communications, orders, and financial tracking, developing and refining
workflows that improve efficiency and the participant experience.
* Direct day-of-program logistics for virtual and in-person
events, anticipating operational needs and independently resolving issues to
ensure materials, room or platform readiness, and seamless execution.
* Serve as the primary point of contact for physicians, service line directors,
and program faculty, coordinating clinical input and program logistics to
ensure alignment with clinical priorities and seamless execution.
Community Partnership & Engagement
* Develop and manage strategic partnerships with community-based organizations
serving diverse and vulnerable populations, identifying new collaboration
opportunities that expand program reach and impact.
* Serve as a trusted representative of HSS to program faculty, vendors,
community partners, and participants, cultivating and sustaining long-term
professional relationships.
* Model the HSS standard of excellence in every community
interaction, setting the tone for high-quality service that strengthens
community trust.
Marketing & Outreach
* Develop program objectives, messaging, promotional copy, web content, and
social media materials for assigned programs.
* Partner with HSS internal marketing across all channels, including digital
and social media, to shape and execute annual marketing strategies for
community education programs.
* Lead targeted outreach initiatives with internal and external stakeholders to
grow awareness, participation, and community engagement in HSS programs and
services.
Evaluation, Reporting & Administration
* Coordinate program evaluation and outcomes reporting, including evaluations,
summary reports, and attendance records that demonstrate program
effectiveness.
* Analyze program data to identify trends and inform continuous program
improvement.
* Provide general administrative support to the department and perform other
duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
* Bachelor’s degree in public health, public health communications, education,
health administration, or a related field required
* Master’s degree strongly preferred.
* 2–3 years of experience in public health programming, community education,
or a related field, including independent management of programs or
projects.
* Demonstrated expertise in health education program design and evaluation,
including experience developing programming or curricula.
* Proven ability to build and manage partnerships with community-based
organizations and clinical stakeholders.
* Proficiency with program registration and event platforms, CRM systems, email
marketing tools, and data or evaluation software.
* Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey
information clearly, professionally, and effectively.
* Demonstrated organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability
to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
* Ability to work effectively in a clinically oriented setting and collaborate
with internal and external stakeholders.
