Job Description
We are looking for a Program Coordinator to assist with agency onboarding, communication, coordination, and technical assistance while supporting data compliance and consistent implementation of MIH program standards. This position will be full-time and on-site in Indiana (4 days in the field, 1 day-in office).
What You’ll Do
Serve as points of contact for MIH agencies and community partners
Assist with MIH agency onboarding, training, and technical assistance
Support implementation of MIH workflows, standards, and expectations
Assist agencies with data submission, reporting timelines, and compliance requirements
Identify operational issues, trends, and support needs for escalation
Support preparation of reports, briefings, and program documentation
Coordinate closely with MIH Regional Leads and the MIH Data & Analytics Lead
Regularly attend local and regional emergency preparedness meetings in the assigned regions
What You'll Need
Required:
Experience in EMS, healthcare coordination, public health, or program support roles (2+ years)
Strong organizational and communication skills
Ability to work independently across multiple agencies and stakeholders
Preferred:
Experience with data compliance and reporting
Familiarity with MIH workflows and program standards
Physical Demands
Ability to safely and successfully perform the essential job functions consistent with the ADA and other federal, state, and local standards
Ability to conduct repetitive tasks on a computer, utilizing a mouse, keyboard, and monitor
Must be able to communicate with customers/team members over the phone and in person
Sedentary work that involves sitting or remaining stationary most of the time with occasional need to move around the office to attend meetings

$45 - $50 per hour The pay range for this position is listed above. Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including location, experience, and education. Benefit packages include medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as 401k retirement account access. Employees in this role may also be entitled to paid sick leave and/or other paid time off as provided by applicable law.
