Title: NEMT Program Coordinator II
Location : Bellevue, WA
Work schedule : Full time Monday – Friday, 8:00am-5:00pm or 7:00am-4:00pm. This position requires on-site availability.

The career opportunity: The Transportation Program Coordinator II provides administrative support to Transportation management and program staff. This position maintains a detailed understanding of program functions, policies, and procedures and is a crucial contact for all Transportation programs. The ideal Program Coordinator candidate will bring a proven ability to complete administrative work to a high degree of accuracy and the ability to engage professionally with both external partners and internal departments.

Two (2) years of experience in administrative office work.
Attention to detail; able to work independently with accuracy.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Intermediate skills in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Knowledge of King and Snohomish Counties helpful.
This position is a Service Critical Employee with specific attendance requirements.
Examples of what you will be doing:
Performs complex and confidential administrative functions, including report generation and analysis of data, maintenance of information for various spreadsheet files, and special projects as assigned.
Serves as office manager for administrative office, including answering building questions from staff, coordinating repairs and changes with landlord and facilities manager, scheduling office equipment repairs, ordering supplies, maintaining key databases, and ensuring the smooth operations of the administrative office.
Supports operational functions in a variety of methods, including organizing, sending, and tracking mailers and educational materials and maintaining pertinent deadlines and due dates.
Tracks budget items and credit card receipts and processes invoices for all Transportation programs.
Serves as key contact person and liaison with other departments, staff, external agencies, and the community; coordinates dissemination of information as appropriate.
Supports Director of NEMT, General Manager of Direct Operations and Senior Manager of Mobility Management. Provides backup administrative support to other Service Centers as needed.

Compensation: $25.00/hour
Up to 10 paid vacation and sick days annually and 10 paid holidays,
Plus up to 7 paid float days available to use immediately; dependent on hire date and hours/week
