About this job:

Manages the district’s educator licensure, certification, and induction tracking processes to ensure compliance with state and federal requirements and support a highly qualified workforce of school leaders and Special Service Providers (SSPs). Maintains and improves data systems that monitor licensure status, onboarding, and induction progress, providing accurate and timely information to support educator compliance. Serves as a key point of contact with the Colorado Department of Education (CDE) and collaborates with central office departments to ensure consistent and efficient credentialing processes across the district.

What You'll Do:

• Maintains and administers tracking systems and databases used to monitor educator induction, onboarding, and state licensure requirements for School Leaders, Special Service Providers (SSPs), and specialized staff
• Supports district compliance with Colorado Department of Education (CDE) licensure and certification requirements by maintaining accurate records, supporting reporting processes, and implementing required updates to internal tracking procedures
• Coordinates with central office departments to gather role specific licensure and credentialing requirements and supports efforts to standardize and improve credentialing and onboarding processes
• Monitors credentialing and licensure statuses and communicates required actions, deadlines, and outstanding requirements to educators and district stakeholders to support timely compliance and completion of induction and licensure processes
• Other duties as assigned

What You’ll Need:

Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Education Leadership, or related field

Master's Degree preferred

3+ years of experience in Logistics, Project Management, Procurement, Resource Management or Operations

Ability to foster effective relationships with district staff, schools, and external partners.

Ability to prioritize multiple projects Required Ability to develop, plan, and implement short- and long-range goals, establish priorities, and organize resources

Ability to multi-task without compromising integrity or fidelity Required Experience and proficiency with Microsoft Office products and/or Project Management Software (e.g. Excel, Word, Outlook and PowerPoint)

Effectively handle multiple demands and competing deadlines

Inspired, visionary who can foster/generate excitement, buy-in and understanding with colleagues and employees outside of the team

High degree of integrity in handling confidential information
