Mediagistic is a rapidly growing national marketing agency. We are looking for a Project Coordinator to join our team.

We’re looking for a Project Coordinator (Channel Marketing Operations ) to help keep that system running smoothly. This role is focused on operational coordination, tracking, documentation, and execution support across multiple campaigns and programs, working closely with internal account teams, sales, creative, and project managers to ensure everything needed for execution is complete, accurate, and on time.
What You’ll Do
You’ll help ensure campaigns and projects move from request to execution without delays, gaps, or missing information.
Coordinate project setup and campaign intake across internal account, sales, and operations teams.
Follow up on required assets, approvals, and deliverables needed to support successful campaign launches.
Maintain project timelines, task tracking, and internal documentation across multiple programs.
Support Project Managers with scheduling, workflow coordination, and execution tracking.
Organize and manage campaign details across multiple systems and platforms.
Monitor project queues and help prioritize work based on urgency and business impact.
Document updates, notes, and status changes clearly for internal visibility.
Support reporting inputs, dashboards, and operational tracking needs.
Identify gaps, blockers, or risks in execution and escalate appropriately.
Help improve internal workflows, templates, and coordination processes over time.
What You Bring
You’re organized, reliable, and comfortable working behind the scenes to keep things moving.
1-2 years of experience in project coordination, operations support, marketing coordination, or administrative roles.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy in documentation and tracking.
Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple concurrent deadlines.
Comfortable working across multiple teams and follow-ups at once.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to stay organized in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
Comfortable using spreadsheets, project tracking tools, and internal systems.
Proactive mindset with strong follow-through.
Bonus: exposure to marketing, advertising, or campaign-based work environments.

Work Environment:
Work is normally performed in a typical interior office environment that requires normal safety precautions such as typical office or administrative work.
Physical Demands:
Job involves sitting most of the time; walking, lifting, bending, and standing may be minimally required to
complete tasks.
Location:
This is an on-site role (Monday–Friday) at our office near Hidden River Parkway (Fletcher & I-75). Hybrid and remote work are not available.
