Job Summary:
The Project Coordinator supports the planning, execution, and completion of manufacturing projects by coordinating resources, tracking progress, and ensuring effective communication across teams. This role plays a key part in keeping projects on schedule, within scope, and aligned with operational goals.
Essential Duties/Responsibilities:
Assist in developing project plans, timelines, and deliverables for manufacturing initiatives
Coordinate cross functional teams including engineering, production, quality, procurement, and logistics
Track project milestones, budgets, and resource allocation; escalate risks or delays as needed
Maintain project documentation such as schedules, reports, meeting notes, and change requests
Support procurement activities by monitoring material orders, vendor timelines, and inventory needs
Facilitate regular project meetings and prepare status updates for leadership
Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards throughout project execution
Identify process bottlenecks and collaborate with teams to improve workflow efficiency
Assist with data collection, analysis, and reporting to support decision making
Serve as a communication bridge between departments and at times with customer and suppliers to ensure alignment and transparency
Other duties as requested or needed to maintain the efficient processing of documents and communications within the facility’s internal operations.
Qualifications and Experience:
Project Management: 1-3 years (Preferred)
Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities
Maintaining & monitoring project plans, project schedules, work hours, budgets & expenditures
Ability to analyze data and generate clear, actionable insights
Manufacturing experience a plus

Ability to work well with others in a collaborative team environment
Excellent written and verbal communication skills required
Regular, reliable and predictable attendance required
Excellent customer service skills required
Strong working knowledge of MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.
