Project Coordinator, Revenue Cycle Advisory Serves as an internal consultant for organization-wide projects related to revenue cycle performance improvement. Supports client-focused projects and ongoing processes that monitor, evaluate, and improve all functional elements of revenue cycle operations (e.g. - Patient Access, Health Information Management, Patient Financial Services). Works with and across multiple hospital operating departments to align revenue cycle requirements with the delivery of patient care. Position activities are primarily rooted in research and documentation-oriented behaviors, including industry review of best practices, data collection and sampled testing, basic measurements such as aggregation and summarization of data, general statistics, and trends, project management documentation practices, and entry-level consultation. Preferred Criteria MBA, MHA degree or equivalent experience 1-3 years related healthcare, consulting, or project management experience Knowledge of revenue cycle processes, functions, and concepts Basic proficiency with hospital registration and billing system Required Criteria Bachelor’s degree Strong Microsoft Excel skills, Basic to intermediate use of other Microsoft applications.
