The Project Manager will be responsible for overseeing enterprise-level projects in the fast-paced tech industry. This position offers the opportunity to manage a diverse slate of projects of varying scopes and sizes for a global organization.
Day-to-Day Activities:
Project Planning & Execution
Develop and manage project schedules, scopes, resources, and project health.
Create and execute Microsoft project plans, revising them as needed to meet changing needs and requirements.
Identify and assemble project teams, providing leadership and mentoring to ensure effective completion.
Manage day-to-day operational aspects of projects, including scope and cost.
Review deliverables prepared by the Delivery team before passing them to the client.
Apply AvePoint delivery methodology and enforce project standards.
Prepare for engagement reviews and quality assurance procedures.
Minimize company exposure and risk on projects through early detection, development of contingency plans, and full communication.
Maintain current and complete project management data and documents in the company database; analyze and report project performance metrics.
Risk Management
Identify risks, define problem-solving strategies, and facilitate conflict resolution to ensure project success from start to finish.
Develop and implement contingency plans to mitigate risks and reduce project disruptions.
Communication & Collaboration
Effectively manage communication across all levels of management (both internally and externally).
Work with cross-functional teams, as well as with external vendors, partners, and customers.
Collaborate with international teams to ensure project alignment and success.
Skills & Competencies
Technical Knowledge in 365, Microsoft Project, SuiteProjectsPro (Open Air), CRM(Salesforce, Dynamics)
Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail.
Ability to manage multiple time-sensitive projects concurrently.
Potential to see roadblocks or risks down the line.
Comfortability working autonomously and collaboratively.
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
Fast learner with a passion for technology.
Solid understanding of Agile development and delivery methodologies.
Demonstrated success managing priorities and personalities in cross-functional teams.
Certifications
PMP Certification and CSM are a plus; Path to obtaining either or both
The Salary Range for this role is $95,000 - $115,00 0. At AvePoint, we strive to offer competitive, fair, and equitable total rewards.
