What You Will Achieve

In this role, you will:
Contribute to moderately complex projects by managing your time effectively and developing short-term work plans.
Provide administrative support, including managing global calendars, scheduling high-level meetings, and handling travel arrangements, files, records, and expense reports.
Act as a central contact for field colleagues, offering a personal connection for centralized processes and tracking progress to support project timelines and Key Performance Indicators.
Drive continuous improvement activities and support business processes related to new product introductions, market returns, and discontinuations.
Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure operational execution aligns with business expectations and execute team meetings led by Global Policy.
Develop expertise in specific data processes and support external vendors or stakeholders by explaining processes, resolving queries, and expediting contracts.

Here Is What You Need (Minimum Requirements)
Associate’s degree with 6+ years of experience or BA/BS with 2+ years of experience or MBA/MS with any years of relevant experience
Proven ability in managing day-to-day planning and operational activities
Experience coordinating global business travel
Strong analytical and quantitative skills
Ability to work in a team environment
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite

Experience in project management
Knowledge of commercial processes and business analytics processes
Healthcare industry background
Strong organizational and multitasking skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work in a fast-paced environment

Experience using common AI tools, including generative technologies such
as ChatGPT or Microsoft Copilot, to support problem solving and enhance

Work Location Assignment: This is a hybrid role requiring you to live within commuting distance and work on-site an average of 2.5 days per week or more as needed.

The annual base salary for this position ranges from $74,000.00 to $119,600.00. In addition, this position is eligible for participation in Pfizer’s Global Performance Plan with a bonus target of 7.5% of the base salary.
