Responsibilities
Responsible for Medication Adherence for overall quality and performance among Medicare advantage plan patients as well as the UTHET population at large.
Medication adherence within medicare advantage within a large population.
Responsible for documenting and confirming patients' prescriptions are filled.
Be mindful of other pharmacy programs' health plans may offer to assist when addressing adherence barriers.
Qualifications
Job Requirements:
High school diploma or GED
Phone etiquette
Ability to use Excel
Epic EMR
Familiar with the Pharmacy system and medication adherence
