DevNW is seeking a highly organized Project Coordinator to join our Real Estate Development (RED) team. In this role, you'll help manage the complex administrative processes that keep affordable housing and community development projects moving from concept to completion.

Our Real Estate Development team develops affordable rental housing, Community Land Trust homes, and community development projects that create lasting impact for the people we serve.

What You'll Do

As the RED Project Coordinator, you will:

Coordinate document-intensive processes across multiple affordable housing development projects.

Prepare and submit funding applications, land use applications, and other required project documentation.

Maintain project schedules, submission calendars, and tracking systems.

Organize and manage extensive electronic project files.

Coordinate with lenders, attorneys, consultants, contractors, government agencies, and internal staff.

Track project deliverables and follow up with partners to ensure deadlines are met.

Prepare compliance reports, including MWESB and Section 3 reporting.

Coordinate project milestone events such as groundbreakings, ribbon cuttings, and open houses.

Support project communications and partner updates.

Handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion.

Requirements:

Experience
• 3 years of experience coordinating complex projects, applications, or compliance reporting
• Experience working with multi-party documents and approval processes
• Experience in real estate development, affordable housing, construction, or similar environments

Education
• High School diploma (or equivalent) required
• Related education or training in business, finance, operations, or a related field preferred

Technical Expertise
• Project and process coordination across complex, multi-party workflows
• Document management and compliance tracking
• Real estate development or funding application processes
• Use of electronic file-sharing, reporting, and e-signature systems

Skills & Competencies
• Exceptional organization and attention to detail
• Strong written and verbal communication
• Ability to manage multiple deadlines and priorities
• Collaborative and proactive problem-solving
• Ability to work with diverse internal and external partners

Additional Requirements
• Ability to safely operate a company vehicle; clean driving record and eligibility for coverage under the company’s auto insurance policy.
• Ability to travel to locations across multiple counties (Lane, Marion, Linn, Clackamas)

It is a BONUS if you also have…
• Lived experience as a low-income individual and/or as a member of a community that has faced historical barriers to housing, asset building, or small business development.
• Basic data visualization skills to visually represent data graphically in reports and applications.
• Bilingual skills in English/Spanish.
