To be successful in this role, you will:
Participate in the maintenance of a therapeutic milieu according to each child’s treatment plan and agency philosophy.
Serves as the primary liaison for families, addressing concerns and resolving issues throughout the treatment process.
Leads and coordinates aspects of the treatment process, including referrals, assessments, intakes, admissions, and discharges.
Provides guidance and support to families, including referrals to parent education and training resources
Qualifications:
Required
Graduation from an accredited college or university with a bachelor’s degree in social science or closely related field or equivalent experience.
19 years or older
Valid Driver’s License
Must pass a Background check prior to start date
