The Implementation Manager (Client Account Support Senior Analyst), is responsible for managing and driving end-to-end processes for the implementation of the Supplemental Health Solutions products and key deliverables for new and existing clients. You’ll Oversee client implementation and communication across all product types and administrative setups. You’ll develop and manage implementation plans while partnering with clients, producers, sales, and internal teams to ensure timely execution and effective communication.
What You’ll Do:
Coordinate with sales, account teams, clients, and brokers to gather key implementation details, resolve issues, negotiate and ensure timely deliverables using VISTA
Review new business documentation to ensure product content is accurate and aligned with intent
Make necessary corrections and updates, and submits all product offering changes to matrix partners, ensuring accuracy and timely implementation
Lead client implementation meetings, present timelines, coordinate documentation delivery and sign-off, and manage progress reviews, risk tracking, and owns issue resolution
Collaborate with internal partners to deliver communications and marketing materials supporting enrollment, as needed
Manage case setup and ensure timely, accurate data delivery for billing, eligibility, and policy documentation. Collaborate with contracts team to produce compliant policies and agreements
What You'll Need:
High School Diploma or GED required, bachelor’s degree, preferred
3+ years of experience in roles requiring significant client engagement and strategic issue resolution, including project management, accounting services, and sales, highly preferred
Understanding of contract language for Supplemental Benefits, including Accidental Injury, Hospital Care and Critical Illness products, highly preferred
Expert in fostering cross-functional partnerships and driving organizational responsiveness to exceed customer expectations
Proven ability to manage multiple competing priorities, work independently, align expectations, and deliver creative customer-centric solutions
Proficiency in multiple software applications, including databases and spreadsheets (Webex, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, required. Vista and Salesforce preferred.
Quick learner with a customer-focused mindset, applying knowledge proactively and persistently to deliver effective solutions.
Demonstrated leadership and ability to motivate teams in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
Skilled in clear, concise and effective communication that promotes teamwork and alignment across all levels and functions
Willingness to adapt schedule to meet evolving business demands
If you will be working at home occasionally or permanently, the internet connection must be obtained through a cable broadband or fiber optic internet service provider with speeds of at least 10Mbps download/5Mbps upload.
For this position, we anticipate offering an annual salary of 55,300 - 92,100 USD / yearly, depending on relevant factors, including experience and geographic location.
This role is also anticipated to be eligible to participate in an annual bonus plan.
