Role summary

You’ll support workplace change and relocation projects for MovePlan’s growing client base across financial services, media & tech, pharma & healthcare, education, and public services. Taking a consulting-led approach, you’ll partner with the MovePlan project lead to support clients from startups to global multinationals to shape the right strategy and deliver projects that are grounded in industry best practices.

You’ll support projects across various stages, including stepping into active projects and helping to prepare project set up activities for new initiatives .

You’ll work in a hybrid capacity , balancing on-site requirements with work from home opportunities along with the occasional need to travel within and outside of this region.

Y ou’ll be part of a team of MovePlan individuals who are committed to del ivering high quality, value-added services and outputs to our client s .

You’ll support business retention and growth by creating meaningful relationships with existing clients and vendors .

What you’ll be doing

Representing MovePlan with confidence and professionalism on client sites

Providing general project support to the existing project team

Tracking progress of project management activities on behalf of the project team

Creating and delivering project stakeholder communications

Preparing for, a ttending and documenting notes for client and internal project meetings

Coordinat ing with and scheduling internal and external business partners or third - party vendors

Performing o n-site physical space audits and inventories

Collecting and managing project data using Microsoft Office tools

Delivering some presentations both virtually and in-person

Supporting on-site project activities ( locally and travelling)

O ccasional weeknight and weekend work on-site

Completing internal MovePlan administrative tasks

Supporting business development through networking, events, and proposal activity

What you’ll need

1 + years’ experience in supporting or managing projects

Customer service or hospitality experience with a passion for service-based work

Demonstrated leadership abilities

Strong communication and presentation skills

Great organization skills , attention to detail, and written communication

Ability to adapt quickly to remain effective in changing priorities and fast-paced environments

Strong time management and follow-through skills

Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines simultaneously

Ability to maintain professionalism and composure under pressure

Demonstrated problem-solving and decision-making skills

Ability to build relationships and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams

Self-motivated ; work s independently and take s initiative

Experience coordinating vendors, consultants, or external partners

Comfort navigating ambiguity and evolving project requirements

Solid Microsoft Office skills with a focus on Excel , PowerPoint and Teams

Positive, team-oriented attitude with a willingness to support broader team needs

Willingness to travel and work occasional weekends

Nice to have

Experience in one or more of the following:

-L eading projects, events or team s

-S upporting move , workplace, or change management projects

-W orking in a consultant role

-M arketing, graphic design, or sales-oriented roles

Corporate /Residential real estate or facilities management experience

Active Change or Project Management certifications or similar

Active membership within industry networking organizations
