What You’ll Do
This role is focused on helping ensure our clinic operates smoothly, efficiently, and with a family-centered approach. You will support day-to-day clinic operations, staff coordination, and administrative processes while helping create a positive experience for families receiving services.
Your responsibilities may include:
Assisting in overseeing clinic operations, including scheduling and staff workflows
Supporting clinical and administrative staff with day-to-day operational needs
Partnering with leadership to streamline processes and improve efficiency
Helping ensure families feel supported and communication remains clear and responsive
Planning and supporting clinic-based events and initiatives
Supporting community outreach and liaison efforts to strengthen local partnerships
Schedule
Typical hours: 7:30 AM – 5:30 PM
Flexibility will occasionally be required to support staff trainings, clinic events, and other operational needs outside typical hours
Based onsite at the Wilmington, NC clinic

Must live within commuting distance of Winston Salem, NC
2+ years of operations, administrative, or healthcare/ABA experience preferred
Exceptional organization and customer service skills
Strong communication and a flexible, problem-solving mindset
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
