We are seeking a Project Coordinator to join our Retail team in the New York office. This role closely collaborates with the project teams to ensure the successful delivery of fast-paced, multi-site projects, requiring strong coordination across internal teams, clients and consultants.

What You'll Do
Support project managers with day-to-day coordination of active projects through all phases of a project
Create & maintain project schedules, timelines, and task tracking systems
Coordinate and attend meetings, document & distribute meeting minutes
Organize and manage project files, drawings, and documentation
Assist with preparation of presentations, proposals, and reports
Communicate relevant project information with clients, consultants, contractors, and internal team members
Track project financials, budgets, invoices, and contracts using Deltek
Ensure compliance with internal processes and documentation standards
Minimum Qualifications
Strong organization skills with a keen attention to detail
Ability to prioritize with strong time management skills in a fast-paced environment
Clear and proactive written and verbal communication
Experience with synthesizing complex information into meeting reports
Ability to draft clear, legally sound written documentation
Experience with project management software
Ability to maintain many projects at once through high-level multitasking and prioritization
Prior experience in a coordination role
Experience within the AEC industry highly preferred
